Sherwood keen on quick return to management with Brighton
SACKED Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood has revealed he is eyeing a swift return to management and would consider any vacancy.
The 45-year-old left White Hart Lane last week after just five months at the helm, but has already been touted as the future boss of this season’s beaten Championship play-off semi-finalists Brighton.
Sherwood, who won three England caps, said: “I would consider any jobs that are out there.
“I would like to have an honest conversation with the owners or the chairman of whichever club might be of interest and see what they have to say and what the expectations are of that club and tell them what I think I could deliver.
“It’s easy to get jobs, be an actor and tell people what they want to hear, but I will be true to myself and honest in whatever job I do.”
