Bonfire night 2014 London: Where to watch fireworks for Guy Fawkes and Lord Mayor’s Show in the capital tonight
The Lord Mayor’s Show fireworks display will wrap up a week long bonanza of bonfire night celebrations across the capital tonight.
Londoners have been treated to a selection of stunning displays, and while the central London show is likely to attract many, there are still a number of other firework events to head to elsewhere in the city this evening.
If you’re visiting Battersea or Hackney’s show, make sure you get a ticket in advance as they won’t be available at the gate.
The Lord Mayor’s Show kicks off earlier than most, at 5.15pm, and the best spots to view the show can be found along Victoria Embankment or the South Bank between Waterloo and Blackfriars bridge.
Anyone heading out to the displays should take an umbrella. While last weekend's displays were blessed with mild weather and clear skies, tonight there's likely to be rain.
