Unai Emery rejected “sizeable” West Ham offer
Sevilla manager Unai Emery has revealed he turned down a lucrative offer to leave Spain for West Ham this summer.

The 43-year-old, who has won successive Europa League titles with the Andalusian outfit, was linked with the Hammers before they appointed Slaven Bilic earlier this month.
Emery said: “Napoli offered me a project with economic strength but without the Champions League, and I had a nice option from West Ham, a very sizeable economic [offer].”
West Ham start their season on Thursday with a Europa League first qualifying round match at home to Andorran minnows Lusitans.
