England captain Alastair Cook has said he's ready to banish the nightmare of Lord's two weeks ago, where England suffered a painful 405-run defeat. But to do so he and his fellow batsmen in England's top order must produce a far more assured display.
But where will the runs come from?

Jonny Bairstow has been drafted in to replace Gary Ballance while Ian Bell and Joe Root have both been shunted up the batting order. Steven Finn has also been brought into England's XI in the place of Mark Wood.
Meanwhile Australia's top order of David Warner, Chris Rogers and Steve Smith looks set to remain unchanged and wicketkeeper Peter Nevill is set to keep his place despite Brad Haddin's return to duty.
