Daley secures second medal
BRITISH diver Tom Daley secured his first individual World Championship medal in six years after winning bronze in the men’s 10m platform event in Russia yesterday.
The 21-year-old’s medal haul, which also included gold in the team event, ensured that Britain ended with a total of four medals – their best finish at a World Aquatics Championships.
Fellow Briton James Guy, meanwhile, won silver in the 400m freestyle at the World Swimming Championships.
