PETS AT HOME
Graeme Jenkins has been appointed as chief financial officer at Pets at Home. Graeme will become an executive director and member of the board, upon his commencement date, which will be announced in due course. Ian Kellett, the current group CFO, will transition fully into the role of chief executive officer of retail. Graeme is currently CFO of Australian department store business, Target Australia, a position he has held since 2013. Prior to this, Graeme was chief operating officer and finance director at Virgin Media Business and before this he held a number of senior financial positions at FirstGroup and John Menzies. He qualified as a chartered accountant with EY.
MANX TELECOM
Manx Telecoms has announced the appointment of Danny Bakhshi as chief financial officer. Danny joins the Aim-listed company from Virgin Media, where he has been executive commercial director since 2013. Danny previously held a CFO role at Vodafone Global Enterprise Services for five years, before becoming Managing Director of Vodafone Global Enterprise Africa. Danny is expected to join the firm on 1 February and to be appointed to the board on the same day.
COLT
Rajiv Datta will be joining Colt as chief technology officer on 1 January and will be a member of the firm’s executive leadership team under Carl Grivner who takes over as CEO on the same day. Rajiv has held a number of senior strategic positions in the telecoms and communications infrastructure industry, most notably at AboveNet Communications, where he was most recently, chief operating officer. In this role, Rajiv was responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, including sales, marketing, service delivery, network management, IT, engineering, and infrastructure
