Sarah Hollingworth has been appointed a senior consultant at employee communication specialists, Like Minds. She joins from Punter Southall, where she was a senior consultant in the DC Consulting Group and leader of its employee and member communication team.
SalaryFinance
Fintech platform SalaryFinance has announced the addition of Benefex founder and chief executive Matt Macri-Waller as an adviser. Matt’s benefits company has M&S, E.On and the AA as clients. He founded Benefex to help organisations and their employees to understand companies’ reward and benefits systems.
Taylor Wessing
International law firm Taylor Wessing has announced the addition of Jeremy Landau as a new equity capital markets partner in its corporate finance team. Jeremy joins from K&L Gates where he was also a partner in their corporate finance practice. He is an international corporate and equity capital markets lawyer who specialises in a number of transactional areas, such as equity capital markets, M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, venture capital and private equity.
Brickendon
James Aitken has joined management and technology consultancy firm Brickendon as executive director. James has 18 years’ experience in banking and financial services, having led and delivered numerous high-profile change programmes, most recently with Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Credit Suisse.He joins Brickendon managing director and founder Chris Burke and fellow executive directors Nathan Snyder, Dean Gammage and Lee Pittaway on the management team.
Apache Capital Partners
Apache Capital Partners, the private London- and Middle East-based real estate investment management firm, has appointed Mervyn Howard as chairman. He succeeds Paul Orchard-Lisle, who has retired after seven years. Paul retains his investment in Apache. Mervyn will be based at Apache’s London office. Until 2013, Mervyn spent 12 years at Grosvenor, the international development, investment and fund management firm, holding various senior roles in Grosvenor Fund Management, including board director and managing director of the UK business. Prior to Grosvenor, Mervyn held senior management roles at TrizecHahn Europe and GE Capital Real Estate. In 2013, Mervyn founded Perora, a real estate investment and advisory boutique and, since 2014, has been a senior consultant at Arcadis, a global design and consultancy firm for natural and built assets.
