London Stock Exchange Group
David Harris has been appointed into the newly created role of group head of sustainable business at London Stock Exchange Group. He will be responsible for ensuring that sustainability is integrated into activities group-wide, and will also continue as ESG Director at FTSE Russell. David has 15 years’ experience of working in responsible investment and sustainability. He has held a number of external senior positions supporting the market, including as board vice-chair of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association between 2012 and 2015.
Bank of Ireland
Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking has appointed Adam Cannon as head of its UK business & support services industry team, working from the bank’s UK head office in central London. Adam previously worked for Barclays Corporate Banking for nine years latterly as a key client director where he managed a portfolio of FTSE 250 clients predominantly in property services and recruitment. In addition to his corporate banking experience, Adam has global client management and development experience gained in Genworth Financial and Dun & Bradstreet in London and Sydney. The bank has also appointed Andy Morris as head of its advanced industrial team. He has joined from Santander Global Banking where he was an executive director managing relationships for a FTSE 250 portfolio of clients, originated and developed over seven years. Prior to this, Andy worked at Barclays for more than 25 years, where he covered a variety of roles including extensive experience in risk management as well as front office relationship management in the industrial sector.
Investcorp
Investcorp, a global provider and manager of alternative investment products, has appointed Federico Minoli as a corporate investment advisory director. Investcorp’s advisory directors in Europe provide senior external counsel to Investcorp, helping to assess potential investment opportunities and provide support to its portfolio companies. Federico has over 30 years’ experience in leading businesses owned by global private equity funds. He was previously chief executive and chairman of Ducati Motor Holding, a manufacturer of high performance sports motorcycles, between 1996 and 2007. In addition, Federico is chairman of two Investcorp portfolio companies: Dainese, one of the world’s most respected motorsport brands, and POC, a manufacturer of skiing and cycling helmets, gear and accessories.
