The Dining Club Group
The Dining Club Group, owner of dining clubs, tastecard and Gourmet Society, has announced that Annette Court has been appointed as the group’s new chair. Annette brings a wealth of experience to the role. She is currently a non-executive director of the boards of Admiral Insurance Group, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group, Foxtons and private equity backed technology company, Workshare. She also sits on the advisory board of Streetgames, a charity that helps disadvantaged young people and is a business mentor for Merryck & Co. Her previous roles include chief executive of European General Insurance of Zurich Financial Services and CEO of RBS Insurance/Direct Line Group.
REaD
REaD Group, the independent data communications group, has announced the appointment of Kevin Green as head of partnerships, to develop and enhance partner relationships across the group. Kevin joins REaD Group with over 20 years’ experience, having previously held the role of business development director at Callcredit Marketing Solutions. With the general data protection regulation on the horizon, Kevin will also be instrumental in ensuring REaD Group continues to align itself with companies committed to openness, honesty and transparency within their data practices.
Foresight Group
Foresight Group, an independent infrastructure and private equity investment manager has appointed John Cordrey as investment manager within its private equity team. John joins from Inflexion Private Equity, having previously qualified as a chartered accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. John specialised in M&A and financial due diligence and has a breadth of experience within the business services, retail & consumer, health & pharma, industrials and energy sectors. John will be based in Foresight’s London HQ. It has also appointed Claire Alvarez and Matthew Pomroy. Foresight also recently announced the appointment of Mike Quinn, strengthening its team presence in Nottingham.
Knight Frank
Rebecca Leyburn has been appointed associate to property consultancy Knight Frank’s residential capital markets team, to focus on private rented sector and tenanted investment valuation and acquisition advisory. Rebecca joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where she has worked since 2011, specialising in residential development and investment valuation.
