Noble Foods Group
John Gildersleeve has been appointed chairman of Noble Foods Group. John will oversee the implementation of the group's growth strategy for diversification and acquisitions. John spent 20 years on the Board of Tesco during its period of rapid expansion. Currently he is the chairman of British Land, a FTSE top 50 property company, and deputy Chairman of TalkTalk Telecom. He was formerly a non-executive director of Vodafone Group, Lloyds TSB and Dixons Carphone, and chairman of New Look and Carphone Warehouse.
Brewin Dolphin
Independent private client wealth managers Brewin Dolphin have appointed Patrick Lance as a divisional director in the London office. Patrick joins from J.P. Morgan Private Bank where he worked for over four years in London, most recently as vice president. He was the primary relationship manager responsible for entrepreneurs, business owners and Channel Island fiduciary clients. Prior to that he worked at the Ministry of Defence, after a distinguished military career.
ICBC Standard Bank
ICBC Standard Bank Plc has appointed Vikram Khanna to the newly created role of head of advisory. Vikram has been appointed to develop and lead the bank’s advisory team, reporting to Xu Jinlei, head of coverage.In his new role, he will be instrumental in developing the bank’s M&A, ECM, and debt advisory offering to serve growing demand from clients. Vikram brings close to 20 years’ experience in advisory roles, latterly as director, global industrials and energy at Credit Suisse in London before establishing his own advisory practice. Vikram previously held senior finance and advisory roles in Sydney.
