In ‘n’ Out Burger: This US cult burger chain will get in and out of the capital with a four hour flash restaurant opening today
US fast food chain In 'n' Out Burger, which has an almost cult-like following stateside, will be coming to London for just four hours today
Between 11am and 3pm In 'n' Out will be making a flash appearance at Brazilian steakhouse Estancia Brasil on Finchley Road, providing a temporary rival to the capital's other burger stalwarts.
The premium burger chain, which was founded in California in 1948, announced its fleeting pop-up last week in a low-key advert in local newspaper the Camden New Journal, which read simply: "First come, first served. Limited quantities for sale."

Queues began forming at 4am for another four-hour opening from 12pm to 4pm in Sydney last year and sold out in two hours at a pop-up in Taiwan in 2014, though it hasn't taken over a space in London since setting up shop at a cafe in Hendon in 2012.
While pop-up branches have been part of its strategy for years, the company has as yet revealed no plans to expand internationally, or even within the US, outside of the American south and Pacific coast.
Famed for its not-so-secret menu, which includes a "protein style" burger wrapped in hand-leafed lettuce and a grilled cheese burger, In 'n' Out otherwise only sells burgers, fries, milkshakes and other drinks.
