Interestingly, the research showed that employees without a degree are 34% more likely to stay at a job longer than their third-level educated peers.
Data from the World Economic Forum’s Future Jobs Report concluded those without degrees took approximately the same amount of time to acquire critical skills as their degree-holding colleagues. Perhaps fostering an environment of upskilling and continuous learning is the key to a productive and diverse workforce in 2023.
