Talking Talent
Talking Talent, the global coaching consultancy leading the gender diversity agenda, has appointed Sarah Speake as a non-executive director . Sarah starts this month and will be advising Talking Talent as it continues to build its business and brand internationally and expands into more new markets. Sarah will also help the Talking Talent team achieve their vision to create digitally blended solutions for clients. Sarah is recognised as one of the world’s thought leaders on strategic marketing and digital transformation. In 2011 she was named the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Female Marketing Leader of the Year and, in the same year, she was voted one of the top 100 influencers for the empowerment of women by the International Alliance for Women. Sarah has held a number of board-level positions, most recently as chief marketing officer for Clear Channel Outdoor and Truphone, and before that as strategic marketing director for Google and ITV.
JP Morgan
JP Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) has appointed Camilla McKane to head the UK platforms and life companies sales team within JPMAM’s UK Funds business. McKane replaces Andrea Hohlachoff who left JPMAM earlier this year to pursue other opportunities. McKane will lead JPMAM’s sales and operational efforts with the UK’s largest platforms, both advised and direct-to consumer, in her new role, in addition to overseeing JPMAM’s partnership with life insurance companies and research agencies. McKane previously served as a client adviser on JPMAM’s global liquidity team for the past four years, covering corporate clients in the UK and Ireland. She remains based in London and reports to Dale Erdei, head of intermediary sales at JPMAM, with immediate effect.
RedT
RedT energy, the energy storage solutions company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ed Porter to the role of energy assets director with effect from
2 December 2018. Ed will take responsibility for business development activity for new grid-scale energy storage projects and will lead the asset and revenue optimisation of redT’s energy storage assets under management. Ed joins redT after more than four years at Gazprom Marketing & Trading, the energy marketing and trading arm of Gazprom. He most recently held the position of Power Portfolio Manager. Prior to this, Ed held various positions within the fields of energy trading and asset optimisation, strategy and business development for Gazprom, RWE Npower and Innogy Renewables. Ed holds a Master of Engineering degree from St Catherine’s College, Oxford University.
