Ex-Lupus man in bid to rejoin
The ousted boss of industrial investor Lupus Capital has launched a second attempt to be reinstated to the board.
Greg Hutchings was ejected as executive chairman last July after the company breached part of a lending agreement. He then made a failed effort to rejoin in October. He has requested another extraordinary meeting with an eye on the chief executive post, it was reported yesterday. To succeed,
Hutchings would need 50 per cent of votes at the EGM.
Hutchings holds around an 11 per cent stake in Lupus, having spent about £9m buying its shares.
