These are the new features coming to your Apple Watch
A new update for the Apple Watch is here.
Revealed at Apple's developer conference WWDC, here are the key things you need to know about the operating system update, coming in Autumn.
1. Faster
The demo of the new watch OS showed a much quicker response time giving a near instantaneous
2. Dock screen
The dock screen is a swipeable, left to right, feature that makes it easier to find things and can now be accessed via the side button. It features just the active apps on your watch.
3. Control centre
The control centre can now be accessed via an upwards swipe from the bottom of the screen.
4. Scribble
This is a new keyboard using the touch screen – you can scribble letters to type.
5. Minnie Mouse
Gender equality comes to the Apple Watch. There was a face featuring Mickey Mouse, and now comes Minnie. Perhaps fun if you have kids, but maybe not for the office.
6. Activity watch face
Another new watch face – Numerals – brings your activity to your main screen.
7. Breathe
Breathe is a new app from Apple that promotes mindfulness.
It will "help you quiet your mind, relax your body, and help you deal with every day stress."
