The news comes just days after a female cyclist in her late 20s was knocked down and seriously injured by a skip lorry at London Bridge during morning rush hour last week.
Nearby, 28-year-old British Council manager Chris Tandy was killed in August last year, after clipping the central reservation at London Bridge.
